So it was only recently revealed that I have a really high heart rate. I was concerned and told my doc about this, so he told me to try the medication again, but this time to take EKG tests before and after I start the medication. Apparently my heart seems fine, I just have a really high heart rate. So I’m back on the Strattera, and taking Adderall along with it. My heart rate is at around 120 and 130 when it’s high. I’m still concerned, considering I’m only 20, and I’d like to lower my heart rate. I asked the doctor about it, but he said there’s not much I could do. I thought exercise could lower heart rate, but he told me it doesn’t help that much. Is that true? What is there I could do to reduce my heart rate? Any advice is appreciated, thanks. |

Adderall was, therefore, returned to the Canadian market in August 2005, with recommendations to adjust the labelling to state that all stimulants should be prescribed with caution in patients who are involved in strenuous exercise, use other stimulants or have a family history of sudden cardiac death .
